With that being said, our cattle spend the warmer months out to pasture grazing 60 acres of lush pasture. Additionally, we do provide free choice haylage bales and corn silage. In the winter months the cattle are fed a TMR (corn silage and haylage mixture), which is supplemented with dry hay. The cattle have access to free choice minerals all year long.

  • We grow all of our feed in house, the crops we plant in the spring will feed our herd until the next crop is taken off.

Through soil and crop testing we are able to tailor our feeding program to provide for our herd’s nutritional needs throughout the year. Properly managing our fields is key in giving our customers the best we have to offer. Each year we make sure the fields contain the correct combination of nutrients for a robust crop.
